• Hi All,

Quite recently I've been getting an error when I try to create a flange, it will tell me 'no flange available'.

I know the flange is there because I've made them before, and I can also get around this by creating a flange of different spec and then modifying the spec of the flange to the one I want.

I can also get around this by closing E3D down and opening again... which is quite annoying and makes me wonder if this is just a bug?
  • In the spec, text element will exist.

    make stext as piping.

this is a common problem for spec elements to show in design
  • Hi
In E3D spec, the text is "piping" but I have this problem yet. Please help me in this way to tackle this obstacle.
What actions can I do to create double size flange with ease in E3D? Is it related to its spec or its catalog ?

    ( **For more information:
    - The project is upgraded from PDMS12.0 to E3D.
    - It is working now properly in PDMS.
    - All problems are just in E3D with this error in every size: "NO FLANGE AVAILABLE".
    - All SPEC Headings such as PBOR1 & PBOR2 are completely similar to PDMS.)

    Thanks in advance
  • Hello, maybe this is old. but i'm facing same issue.

i try to find help, but i led to your subject and no proper answer.

until i try to figure it out, i found some solution.

i hope this will help the other who facing same issue.

in my case, no flange available due to the project is upgrade from PDMS. so it's may be some miss structure/hierarchy of sele.

I notice that the FLAN, especially in SELE, it have so many combination of sele.

you will see when you modified the spec (see picture).

so, My soultion make them only for one configuration.

     No Flange
