Could be beneficial when troubleshooting odd issues. Like SPCOs somehow being in incompatible heading or tracking down empty SELEs. Or identifying if your issue is being cause by there being multiple first level SELEs for the same part type. Sometimes things don't show up on the spec editor form (and/or model component editor form) and I've found that it was because there was another 1st level SELE for the same part type. Moving the SPCO manually to the correct SELE and deleting empty SELEs resolved the issue. Naming the 1st level SELEs will make it quicker to identity the issue.
