Extract DB and Master DB - Reconfigure

In Dice Report you can see database contain fatal errors?

On the client side, yes they see errors. See below

is it possible to fix references first what it is showing in the list, later patch on, if not go with reconfig with same ref

I tried reconfig sameref and it deleted over 5000 elements from the master db. Also when I try the reconfig it stops at pass 1 and doesn't go into pass2

Few years back due to some network issue few databases are corrupted for me, at that time we replaced db from backup which is a last backup and used the db. Is this is the case here?

thank you for this. I did empty the DB by using the REVERT command but I still lose the elements
