Update E3d Ver 3.1 from 2.1

Dear Gurus,

I'm recently update E3D installation from Version 2.1 to 3.1, 

But I'm facing issue as below 

1. Error before opening 

a. Error loading customization file, Case = AVEVA.design.steelwork.uic

b. Error Problem with Auto color - Rule with name CABLE iclass CONM does not exist

a. Several Tab group Errors

3. Error at Hierarchy 

it showing NA before icon.

Anyone can help me for above case? 

by the way, i not yet update Database yet. still original from version 2.1
