    Make sure you have COCOs containing GFO or FVD in the CTYPE attribute

    Head Connection type "GFO" does not
    exist in the available connection table
    (COCO).

    2nd
    Tail Connection type "FVD" does not
    exist in the available connection table
    (COCO).
