"One or more design databases may contain incorrectly mapped elements due to changes to catalogue DB. Use MAP UPDATE or MAP BUILD to bring the spatial map up to date"
"Design parameter number ( 12 ) out of rangeCatalogue error for component SCTN 23 of FRMWORK /BUNKER_#1_LINE-6.9 , catalogue primitive PLINE 27 of PTSSET /DESIGN-PTSS-BEAM"
It could be that you are using a design section as opposed to a catalogue section. If you have, then Q desp on the command line and you will get a series of numbers and spaces these correspond to flange thickness web thickness overall depth and width of section etc. very often not all the parameters are used and these are displayed as zeros. So it could be that parameter 12 is missing from the list, (it is sometimes displayed over two lines) count how many you have and if you have only 11 then add a zero to the end and see if the error message goes away.
Please help me this error ""One or more design databases may contain incorrectly mapped elements due to changes to catalogue DB. Use MAP UPDATE or MAP BUILD to bring the spatial map up to date"
Spatial maps of the model are based on the obstruction limits boxes surronding each design element, rather than using full detailed geometric representations. The spatial maps allow faster data access, and they are used for tasks such as clash detection where fast data access is required and where the simplified representation is adequate.
Spatial maps are maintained automatically as the design model is updated, but may need to be rebuilt explicitly if the catalogue data, from which the map geometry is derived, is changed.
MAP BUILD -- Lets you update existing spatial maps to take into account all design and catalogue changes which have taken place. This is only necessary if the MAP CHECK Command shows that the map is out of date.
MAP BUILD MDB - Updates the spatial maps for all DESIGN DBs within the current MDB
MAP BUILD STEEL/AREA2 - Updates the spatial map for the DB STEEL/AREA2
