I've faced same issue, Because LSTUBE not set for instruments. Please check LSTUBE....

LSTUBE is a piping component attribute that stores the Leave Tube Specification Component
I found the solution. in my case, I accidentally create new uncomplete COCO table. so it lend to Error.
so my suggestion, please remember what you did in Catalog. and Delete it or modified it.
