Form data in to list

Hiya!

How could I get all form data (methods, variables, name, etc) in to a list?
Like you get with: Q var !!

have you tried

show !!pmlforms

this gives information about active forms as well as all forms...

Problems is I need that data in to my list.

Thanks for the help. Thou my actual problem that I just solved was getting unset values trough.
Added  HANDLE(61,615) now it works. Just needed to get form values from its methods.
What I'm doing with this? PLANNING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!
