Anyway, if you export more than once the same 3D model during the same session, you need to apply a SAVEWORK so that the GUID is maintained.

The Case has been closed since we had the reply from your company that you are able to manage that issue.
If you think the issue is still valid i suggest you to re-open the case.
GCS WEB is the "official" way to get support here in Italy.

What I seem to understand is that when we export the ifc of some systems we still have the replication of the parameters with different GUIDs; this despite the fact that you do savework between one extraction and the other because it is not an extraction of the entire model.
