From SP3D to E3D, if you need intelligent graphics then you can go for conversion using Smart-Plant Interop Publisher.
Aveva is also having a solution for this conversion, but that's not commercialized. You can provide your SP3D Databases to Aveva, and they will convert it to E3D model.
