    Hi Gentlemen
    I have a problem in transferring data between TEKLA(X-Steel) and pdms design modules. Please help me for solving this problem.

    TEKLA to PDMS...
    There's only 2 ways to do this Open Steel ( a chargable AVEVA product) or write your own custom macro....

    PDMS to TEKLA...
    There's always one thing that trips up on doing this...Big X and small x problem...It comes out of open steel with the wrong way for TEKLA...
    Also you need to have you conversion files sorted for the conversion from PDMS spref...to TEKLA section size format...

    It does help if you actually state your problem on this forum...i'never met many true phsycic people yet...sorry for my spelling...

    I was very impressed with the results I got importing from xsteel via sdnf..you if you model in contour plates you get every snipe and rat hole..
