The new explorer that replaces the old members form is so easy that you do not need any training.
It is like using Windows File Explorer.

Corrado,
I fully agree with you.
But in transition period of PDMS to E3D, I got some hesitation from designers for using new forms.
As in old PDMS member form they can able to track component reference easily. Normally few designers are opened "goto reference window" for checking of SPREF/ISPEc of components. Also in Member List, while FORward and BACKward mode, hierarchy got reversed. While piping modelling it helps designers to model properly.
But in E3D in Design Explore this facility is not there. so few designers who are working on PDMS from 11.6 or 12.0 /12.1, when they start working in E3D, they are bit confused. (This is my opinion only.)
