I had used Clash Manager for this. Sometimes I thought it was good and sometimes it wasn't. However, it had one good feature: rules creation. You could create rules and test them before implementing to pre-approve certain clashes such as Strainer (removal volume) and Strainer Drain. See if it is available, it should help you reduce the numbers to be checked manually.
