One of our client is planning to purchase review software. they are asking me to insist the right one.
options as follows:- navisworks manage 2009, review2009, simulate 2009, jetstream v4 and Navisworks 3.6.
Please help me to advice the correct option.

How about AVEVA NET? It's great for model reviews because you can view any model format and you have access to all sorts of other connected data, like Iso's P&ID's, PO's, Lists, etc.
Naviswork Manage - has review and clash checker
Review - has Model review
Freedom/Jetstream - has Model review of only freedom fomate file created by one of the above.
not sure about simulate
naviswork manage is good comparative to simulate, simulate only creates .nwd files ,no clash check,also in simulate it is hard to get stored viewpoints
