Attribute file size limitation in Navisworks

we have similar problem where navis cannot get the data and our solution is to change the encoding of the att file to UTF-8.

there is an AVEVA executable that convert the encoding that is C:\AVEVA\Plant\PDMS12.1.SP4\Transc.exe.
maybe you could try it.
