AIDTEXT verse AIDLINES in RVM export

  • Of course that would work as well, the only reason is really to keep it simple and have the navisworks model represent what we have in design.  If we import a plot plan as a background in E3D it makes a great reference.  It can be modified as needed in design and then Navisworks used for review.  If we keep using the 2d plot plan then that file needs to be also kept up to date.  I just couldn't find the list of limitations of the export to rvm.  Not sure what sense it would make for aidlines to export but not aidtext.  We also hope that they add the ability to draw aids in Draw as well to enable imported 2d drawings to be shown in Draw.  Of course we can work around that issue as well.
