convert 12.0 sp6 to 12.1 sp4

hi everyone

how to convert convert project 12.0 sp6 to 12.1 sp4.45 i am not able to find the upgrade mac for this ( its there for 11.6 to 12.0 )

please help

macro should be in ..../pdmsui/dra/upgrade/upgrade mac
macro to be run in monitor

for v12 in module admin :
lock project
and in command windows :
DBUP Project to latest
dbup system to latest
dbup global to latest
.....

i read it should be first SP2 Later SP4
Need to Confirm

but is there any read me file
