Database sharing

hi guys, how to share a database(design, cata) to a vendor, as a read only db ( ONLY TO OPEN IT & MODEL THEIR DESIGN) any way is there, please guide.

In ADMIN you can protect the DB with Password.
So it is for others just read only.
So no other can edit or copy anything out of this DB

protect the DB and keep a expiry date.If you are global then keep database in your location which is primary.
