I do not see any runtime prompt option for new report format.

such as runtime prompt for scope. this will be benefit so user can have an option to modify the scope when run report whether it will be CE, volume, or the entire world.

yes we can do it from Report designer.
If we could get this prompt once users click Run Report it would be great so they have just Run it instead to enter report designer.
