strange characters in DB list txt file

Hi
How I can correct output DB list text file fonts?

what are stange characters?

font of text file is wrong
how can i fix it when i create db listing?
I need to change settings in pdms ! or windows setting

font? if you can place a screenshot it would be much better because now i am just guessing whats wrong with your font
try to open in different text editors like notepad++ or other but not in ms word
