It Seems you are using 11.5 or Below.

Now PDMS Became very advanced in PDMS12.1.SP2 and PDMS12.1.SP4

Now it is difficult to get support from aveva also for lower versions

Right click on PDMS application, there you will find the settings for changing the font size...
