Seek better explanation

Hi Forum Admin,

I saw some user is banned with "[COLOR=#3E3E3E]This User has been Banned"

[/COLOR]can you explain me what cause this.. so I can avoid doing something wrong.

I am perhaps not read full the term and condition..

very much appreciated if anyone could guide me to that rules.

 

In this case should be banned much more users ... my colleague working "somewhere" in asia told me many companies on that place don´t pay for PDMS...
