Just enter the Forum.
Select one of the main "subject" (i.e. PDMS 12)
At the top left of the window you have a "+ Post New Thread" button

Please, I will like to know if there is a place I can download materials/documents relating to the use all 2.1 modules (Design, Draw, Isodraft, Spooler, Propcon and all), and 1.4 administrator module.
