ASL Module error

all

when i am creating a stair tower, i am getting error message "No Setting available to create Stair Tower"
How i can solve this problem.
Similarly for creating Stair,iam getting error message like "(2766 This  function does not return to a result.)"
Please somebody help me out......

It is with aveva pmllib check...

ASL CATA file not found in [COLOR=#333333] pmllib , but some other files are available which are related to ASL,

i just copied those files in to SAM000 folder still iam getting same message as early.
