Does anyone know of a company that does legitimate E3D development?

I thought it is AVEVA who is doing development of E3D :)

I am also interested in this issue. Just for curiosity :)

Does the company signed some contract with AVEVA to have possibility,
to config AVEVA Interface\mac\etc for some other companies?

That is exactly what I mean.  I require a .NET plugin to be developed for E3D and therefore was wondering if anyone knows of any development companies that do this, other than AVEVA.  I know there are lots out there for PDMS, but can't seem to find any for E3D.
