System password lost ¿how i get it?

the last manager left and did not leave the administrator password, please help me...

AVEVA can recover the SYSTEM's password from the XXXSYS database file within XXX000 folder, where XXX is the project code.
You should contact your local AVEVA's office and send the XXXSYS file. This service may not be free.

Send the project to me. I can reset your password as XXXXXX
