C# - Get visible elements on view

Hi PDMS masters.
How can I get a list of visible elements on current view on C#?
If its possible, can I add or remove elements on view without using a CommandLine.Command?

Used dll [COLOR=#1C2837][FONT=arial]Aveva.Pdms.Graphics.dll and something similar to this

DrawListManager.Instance.CurrentDrawList.Members();

Add

DrawListManager.Instance.CurrentDrawList.Add(elem);
