Have you changed the readonly attribute for the sample folder after unpacking?

You can also try to remove that line with import ".props" from .csproj file using editor.

I given complete access by removing the Read Only[/U] Option

I see its also looking for another file  called \AVEVA_msbuild.props which is unavailable in my computer.

Im not sure how to address this ??
