change %PMLLIB% to complete path C:\Program Files (x86)\AVEVA\Everything3D2.10\PMLLIB\
[COLOR=#0000ff]VAL_pmllib\Menu
you can locate files on other network drive as well [/COLOR]

why do you have so many blanks everywhere

i am confused. if this is really the copy paste from the file you should check your blanks first
