What tool  are you using to do that?
Pipe Stress Interface is the "official" Aveva tool.
As far as I know it doesn't have any "DbRule" setting....

    Ok I see.
As you probably know, PDMS will reach its "end of life" soon.
Right know has entered a status where it s not supported anymore.
In E3D you have Caesar two-ways interface included with the license.
So I think it is of no worth implementing a custom interface.
And I would suggest to move to E3D as soon as you can.

Im using one I've created myself, I have all data on a mysql database and will import into PDMS to be like the designers are familiarized.
I noticed that creating the lines without using  Command.CreateCommand is incomparably faster, but I dont know how to send a "CHOOSE HSTUBE" without using the command, and I thought that maybe the DbRule has something that would help me.

"CHOOSE HSTUBE" is an example, the fact is that I dont want to use Command.CreateCommand
