Tubi mto with mtoc expression

Hi All,
I am going to COLL tubi with condition MTOC NEQ 'OFF'.Report has deviation when TUBI is first member in branch,as when TUBI is first member it doesn't have MTOC attribute.


Please help its very urgent.
