do loop

You just have to make a loop on all the SCTN of your STRU, and check if the UDA is unset.

Something like this:

!sctns = !!collectAllFor('SCTN', '', !stru)
!lForceSum = 0
Do !sctn values !sctns

		!sctnLforce = !sctn.:LFORCE
	Else

Where !stru is the DBREF of your STRU (you can use !!ce instead for example).

!sctns = !!collectAllFor('SCTN', '', !stru)

var !sctns coll all sctn within vol ce 10mm for /xxxx

how to write in your format 

You can use the !!collectAllWithin() function.

Example:

     !volume = OBJECT VOLUME(!!ce)
     !sctns = !!collectAllWithin('SCTN','', !volume.from, !volume.to, /xxxx )

To manage the 10mm offset, you can modify the From/To coordinates of the volume instance in your !volume variable.

But it's much easier to keep your collection in PML1 and then convert the STRING to DBREF.
