Finding the intersecting / overlap volume b/w two objects

Does anyone know of some functionality that will find the intersecting / overlap volume of two volumes

In Autocad in a graphical sense you have something called intersect.

You select 2 solids and apply that command and it gives you the intersecting volume

Is there any commands in E3D / PML that achieve this ?

Not what I know of, but if your volumes are simple boxes the math is easy If the volumes are equipment, made out of only primitives, maybe you could create negative primitives from one equi into the other…

If the volumes are equipment, made out of only primitives, maybe you could create negative primitives from one equi into the other and get the nvol before and after operation.
