[Community project] DAC rule example

I did used DAC for a couple of projectsto control,

1. Prohibit users create SITE
2. Prohibit users deleting or modifyinf PIPEs once it reaches a particular status (i.e approved)
3. Prohibit PIPING users modifying supports and support users midfying PIPEs.
4. Equipments can't be modified once it is approved

It also controlled some attributes from modifying.

It needs a lot of testing before deployed to the project.

Yes, I agree Chandra. It needs a lot of testing before deployed. DAC very useful to control the users.

Is it possible to put more than one element in the Scope Selection?
for example:
ALL PIPE AND ALL EQUI ?

this sintaxe return an error...
i dont want to create another scope.

Training manuals are not delivered out by AVEVA unless you're attending a course.
As you supposedly have an official release of the software, you do have the standard manuals available on the CD. If not, then pirate versions of the software and users of pirated versions are not supposed to be welcome here.

I think i can send DAC training manual documnet that prepared by Aveva if you want,let me know,if everyone want that.

if u want to enter to admin it means u entered before so maybe u didnt chenge system/xxxxxx , or if u r workin in the company as a designer so  forget it.
