how to use a stamp

I have created a Project stamp in admin, with the help of the Admin User guide. But that is where the information stops.
How do you see the changes made to the model after the stamp was created? Is there any information explaining which commands to use and in which modules to see the differences?

One more thing, After I have created the stamp in admin, is there another step to perform in another module for this to work properly?

Utilities-->DB Listing and then Control-->DB Changes (or DB Differences)
You can see Changes since (or Differences since) Savework, Timedate, Session, Extract and STAMP

however please guide me, i have taken the dblist output from the stamp database (build stamp by database), so my query is if i ingests the same dblist will it come in the same sequence, what the vendor had done???
