Proj Sam
User system/XXXXXX
ADMIN

FROM DB STRU/CIVIL
TO FILE /F1 /F2
Rcfcopy all
Reconfigure
Delete db STRU/CIVIL

Create dba STRU/CIVIL DESIGN DBNO 3988

From file /F1 /F2
To db STRU/CIVIL
Reconfigure sameref



When I do above steps my Pdms hierarchy is deleted, any body can guide or correct me please

Did you update your MDB to include this new DB ?

Nope, I think I need to set team also

With those commands you are not deleting the team just the DB.
You should make sure the MDB you are using has the new DB.

Can you submit some images regrading the before and after 'my Pdms hierarchy is deleted' ?

FROM DB STD/CATA
TO DB STD/CATALOGUE
RCFCOPY ALL
RECONFIGURE
RCFUPDATE ALL

first create db then transfer db to db it is easy way..

Please try this

FROM DB STD/CATA
TO folderpath/filename
TO DB STD/CATALOGUE
RCFCOPY ALL
RECONFIGURE
RCFUPDATE ALL
