I have set up a system wherer the users can identify who has what AVEVA license checked out. Primarily for the MEI module as we only have one license.
I have a bat file that extracts usage data from the RMS process and copies it to a network location as a CSV file.
I create this using the
unfortunately this is anonymised and requires an additional file C:\AVEVA\AVEVA Licensing System\RMS\usagelog.xml to match useage records with user names. I cant for the life of me how this was created and is now out of date.
Does anyone know if there is a command line option for the "AvevaDeAnonymizer Tool.exe" which would generate a report with actual user names in it or if there is another way to generate a usage file with clear text usernames.
after some reading the WlmAdmin tool provides the functionality I require.
Just needed to set the preferences to the AVEVA default server port 4545 and add our server as a defined server.
