Upgradation of database, failing to upgrade with command

Hello Everyone,

We are working on PDMS 12.1 SP4. The project was created in the same version.
After that I remember installing a hotfix (40 I guess)

And continued working on the project. Tomorrow morning I got this error regarding db upgradation.

There are databases with an upgrade number that does not correspond to the upgrade number of this software (12010104).
There is 1 database that is not upgraded to current version. It is opened as read-only."

I have tried upgrading db with following commands.

DBUP DB CABLE/CABLE-P TO 12010104
DBUP DB CABLE/CABLE-P TO 12010401

This did not help.

After querying Q UPGRADE STATUS, it is showing following status for this db.

CABLE/CABLE-P                  -1        <- Unavailable

Can someone help here?

This command isn't helping.

It sees the db is corrupted. In touch with avevateam as well.
but is there anything that can be done to fix db or at least retrieve the modeling done in that db.

try reconfigure it

did that too.
configuration process is failing.

anything else that can be done in such a crisis situation?
