How to include/copy foreign database same dbnum

It is not possible to include a foreign database with the same db number of a local one

You can change DB number through Reconfigure Commands
Or you can use DB-Listing to move required data to a different database.

i include a foreign database same dbnum with current project database.
it has an error:
"(1.65) DBno 1 is already in use."

i want to use this data for new project.
How can i do that?
