What do you mean with "Admin colour rule"?
    3D model? 2D drawings?
Could you please elaborate a little bit more your question?

    Thank you for your response.
I am working on a project in PDMS DESIGN and I need to use a color rule that will have effect in all the systems.
I have set the rule in my computer but others cannot see the effect of the rule. please how do i go about it?

    Yeigba, it is clear.
I will try to elaborate deva's answer.
At user level you now have two files: des-col.pmldat and des-element-rules.pmldat
You need to move them on the server into XXXDFLTS folder where XXX is the project code (and probably the project folder)

    add these in project defaults.

    projcode + dflts

hope your project in server and all are accessing from that location.
