I was using wrong command
the right command is
SET TEAM PIP "the required team"
CREATE db PIP/B01 DESI ACC MULTIW CLAIM IMPLICIT DBNO 3151 DESC
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've created a DB using command line and added it to the MDB but when I switch to Design Module it sends me to Monitor with "File Not Found" error for the new created DB.
What Can I do?
I used the below command:

FIRST MEM
new db /*INS/B01 numbdb 3551 typedb 'DESI' accessdb 'Multiwrite' claimdb 'Implicit'
