I am trying to expunge a user from E3D BUT UNABLE TO do it ; it is giving a error that user cannot be identifiedas his machine was take remote now when I am trying to expunge his machine unable to do it what can be the reason for it . I have told user to restart his machine and tried to expunge previous user yet facing same issue.
