Dual Bore Bolts, P1=4 inch & P2=8 inch

hi,

   I came accross another bolting for dual bore componets, with two flanged faces, like Choke valve, Pressure Relief valve.

how to make this with bolts of different bolt dia, size, and bolt numbers.

 Assign two BLRF array for the same SCOM (Catalogue).
