It looks like a flange but does not appear to be flagged as part of the joint
Does the connection type start with F

These components are set to New Type Bolt. It doesn't depend on BotlTable at all. Each Bolt on the same flange-set can have different Lengths.
So you can look at members of BTSE to check it.
