which version of PDMS are you using?
And are they lap joint + Stub end flanges?

It would help to know what the settings are in /S20-12 and how it is getting the BTHK

If it is looking at a particular Parameter in the SCOM, is this the same attribute in both the flange and the nozzle?

Problem is fixed it was All Flanges with param [5] & All Nozzles with param [4].

Now made separate BTSE for Flanges & Nozzles! & it is fine now.
