need advise about bolting

i need a advise to clear my conclusion.
are true different old and new method only as appear a nut or any item in ISO and additional bitem,bitl,xtra??
now i want develop bolt mto in isodraft ,after i trial plot isometric why result bolt length not same as catalog.
on other treaded i saw that if nothing item between flange only gasket it will choose direct to boltref not to nstdblength.
please your advise

Which method are you using OLD or NEW?

i used new method

New method does not default to length in boltref. That is OLD method.
New method calculates each joint using BTHK.

Thanks pitch for your replay,now i hope you not mind to answer my question only type true or false.
1.are true in old method we can not appear nut ,washer or other component then bolting in material list.
2.are true that old bolting not calculated based on flange thk but we modify boltref on spcom to sbol reference.
3.are true function nstblength same in old and new method?cause as i know we dont need to insert bdiameter,length,noff on sbol new method

Is it possible to turn off nuts and washes with some standard settings or only possible variant to unset Bitle of SBOL and add to extralength of SBOL nuts&washes length?
