1. All components in the joint need a blrfarray except wafer fittings and gaskets. This includes Nozzles.
2. All blrfs in the joint should have the same number of bolts
3. Bolts for matching holes should be the same diameter (1=1, 2=2, etc)
4. There should be an entry in the bolt spec for a bolt of the correct diameter.
5. The BOLT in the Bolt Spec should have ab styp to match the bolt type set in the Blrf (BOLT, STUD, MACH, etc) .
