Remove the Bitem NUT from the SBOL

Remove the Bitem NUT from the SBOL

if you remove the NUT from SBOL, the bolt length will not be corrent unless you add the NUT length to some other item's length. (Ex. XTRA)

That is exactly what I normally do, as bolts are usually purchased complete with Nuts.
Add the nut length to EXTRA length
