Old Bolting - Wafer Items - How Many Objects?

Parents
  • I have a question that is for the gurus on ISODRAFT.

    I have a wafer item configuration that a designer did that goes like this:

    F -> G -> W -> G -> W -> F

    Where:

    F = flanged item
    G = gasket
    W = wafer item

    First Question: Will ISODRAFT support multiple wafer items?  If so how many, and if not, what is the work-around?

    First Question: Does the wafer item have to be compatible at ISODRAFT run-time, or is the coding/compatibility of the component ignored for the bolt routine and all that matters is that there is a "W" at the beginning of the COCO name?

    I know this is a tough question, but I hope someone out there has the answer.
