coz I don't want the stud and nuts to come out as 2 separate items but just like "stud with 2 nuts"
Then you need to leave BITEM and BITL attributes 'unset' and put nuts (2 nuts in your case...) thickness inside XTRA attribute.
So from the above example XTRA should be 16 + 16 + 3 = 35
